  1. Really must say I think this review is totally inaccurate and unfair to Timekettle.
I myself have received my Timekettle M2’s and have not encountered most of the problems you stated and have ALWAYS managed to get a reply from there support for any problems/queries I have had.

    1) Never had any Bluetooth problems

    2) App has never crashed on me

    3) They have always stated numerous times that there is limited offline translations but that further offline translations will launch in November 2020

    4) The speed of Offline packs will be ultimately dependent on the speed of the phone being used and using my iPhone 11 Pro Max I’ve not had any problems with the speed of translations.

Finally you state that they don’t allow any form of negative feedback yet there is plenty on there Facebook page most of which have ended up with the end user managing to correct what was wrong or in the rare instance it was a issue with the app / Hardware then this always seems to be handled well and escalated to be rectified by the relevant team.

As with any new product there WILL be teething problems

    1. Please don't mislead Jon Westwood, Check Video, and it's translating wrong and funny things. I know you get paid for this.
Check Google Play store for Timekettle App feedbacks.
Most of the users have Bluetooth Problems, App problem, and Earbuds docent fit well in-ear.
Easy to fall out. This product is a market to use as a translator for travel. When it's not working Timekettle team asks to use it in a quiet environment. It's hilarious when you are traveling. You need help from someone outside, how to use it, and how to find a quiet environment outside? do we need to tell them hey, I want to talk, let's go to your room? :)

  2. How to get support from Timekettle?
As they don't reply to emails.
And when you post on the Timekettle Facebook page they block you?
Is any right way to get support from the Timekettle company?

  4. This product is wonderful in every area except what I bought it for. Sound quality is great. Touch commands work well. But, as a translator, I would rather use Google translate on my phone. It knocks me off of Bluetooth frequently. So, I have to pair them again and again. If these headphones were strictly to listen to music and make and receive phone calls, I would say it’s a 7/10. But, because it’s selling point is a translator, I would give it a 3/10.

  5. Received the Timekettle translation earbuds today. And .. they do not fit in my ears. They are not loose or poorly fitting. They just have no anchor point, and fall out as soon as I release my hands. This is a big deal, and makes them absolutely unuseable. It is hard to believe that they fit securely in anyone's ears.
